Jon has worked with Joe on Internet-related activities since Joe's first netcast back in 1996 and in 2000 started handling digital strategy for Joe and www.satriani.com. He produces Joe's webcasts and works with Mick and Sony/Epic on online promotions. Since Strange Beautiful Music he has produced video footage documenting the creation of each album, and since Super Colossal has produced Joe's regular video podcast series, as well as bonus material for some live DVD releases. Most recently he produced the video for the single "Light Years Away" from "Black Swans and Wormhole Wizards" and (with partner Arthur Rosato) the 43-minute bonus video "Inside The Wormhole" for SATCHURATED.

He also profiled Joe's use of streaming audio in his book, "Streaming Audio: The FezGuys' Guide".
