I'd like to say first off that this is such a great opportunity that Joe has made possible for us. The first time I met Joe I couldn't believe how he humbly presented himself & how welcomed he made me feel. A few years later I met him again at the 4th & B and still nothing about him has changed. He truly cares about his fans & is constantly trying to show his appreciation. I too, along with so many other Satch fans play guitar & consider Joe my main musical influence. It's a great feeling when you can plug in & play a Satch song. But lets face it, THERE IS ONLY ONE JOE!!. Now is how we can play or how much we idolize Joe really a factor in this contest? I think not. In the 70's & 80's I saw alot of shows backstage, Ted Nugent, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Peter Frampton, Thin Lizzy, ZZ Top, etc, & was fortunate enough to meet those people. I dont get nervous around celebrities & stumble for words when introduced. I'm an artist & often meet "THE RICH & FAMOUS". I've been complimented on my calm demeanor & my ability to not act "STAR STRUCK" & perform the work I was hired to do. Personally, I think that making Joe feel comfortable & relaxed is an important factor here. I have a few other questions I would ask Joe, but there are some great questions being asked by other entrants & I would use some of those as well. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!
