What a show. You can't get better than that. The tickets were a $100 a pop and were well worth it. Before the show even started I got my moneys worth. My brother and i hung out near the tour buses hoping that maybe someone would come out. Well, all of them came out, and it was something I'll never forget. Mr. Satriani came out and talked to us for about 20 min, he was totally cool, signing all of our guitars and talking afterwards. He could have just left like most stars do, but he was really down to earth. He's just another guy that happens to be great at guitar. Next out was Mr. Vai. He had a security gaurd with him and we all thought he was just gonna walk by us, becasue he looked like he just got out of the water and was very tired. The security guard told us to back away and dont talk, we were all bummed, but the Mr. Vai told him this was ok and not to speak for him again! He took the time to talk to us and sign all our guitars, very cool guy, big hands! After that Portney and Hamm came out, also very cool guys. Then we decided to getin since we missed the dinner and the show was about to start, but a good trade off. While everyone was eating, we were meeting the guys! As for teh show, it was ausome. Petrucci did his thing, great stuff, then Vai did his stuff(He was amazing to watch, don't listen to what the other guys are saying, it was a treat), then Satriani came on and blew everyone away. His sound was perfect and clear. He didn't make one mistake. Then when he was done, all of them came up, can't put this part into words, wow, DVD please!!!!!!!!!!! After the show we hung out by the buses again and Mr. Petrucci came out signed out guitars, took pictures, talked about the show, and told some jokes, very cool guy. Mr. Satriani came out again and took pics with us. Then Mike Keneally came out with Dave Weiner, no one new who they were except for me, so went over and talked to them, these guys are very very cool, and hillariouse. They signed out stuff and hung out for about an hour. We didnt even talk aboutthe show, just talked. Later everyone else taht was on stage that night came out and signed our stuff. It was a night that i will never forget. Don't miss this tour, and pay whatever you have to to get tickets, you will not regret it, you'll get to talk to the guys and see a concert unlike anything you've seen before. Thanks to all the guys in the bands, you really made it a night to remember.

This is the greatest show I have ever seen. It proved totally superior to a previous show that I attended at the Luther Burbank Center- not that there was anything wrong with the performance, the performance was great, but the audience was dead. However at the Konocti show, the crowd was completely alive. Joe’s performance was unbelievable, I don’t know how he can move at all and play the well. I am still amazed by his ability to control harmonics and feedback in such precise way. I felt that he liked Konocti to, and I encourage him to come back- Konocti is only 10 minutes away from my house, and he rocked the place. Stu’s solo was unbelievable, I don’t care how many drinks he had, he is definitely the best bass player I have ever witnessed. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR SIGNING MY GUITAR JOE!! Ya, I’m the one with the spiky hair that had you sign my JS100 Ibanez guitar, thanks so much that totally made it an experience that I will never forget, even though I was so stunned that I was speachless and managed to squeez out “Great Show” lol. So ROCK ON joe satriani and co.

I sat there and watched them come on to the stage. Then WHAM! Joe blows you away with 2 1/2 hours of adrenalin pumping guitar playing. What a great high! It was good to see the band having fun playing this gig too! Mr. Satriani, thanks for a great show!!!!!

THIS SHOW ROCKED!!! THIS SHOW RULED!!! JOE! STU! ERIC! JEFF! I saw Joe at the Warfield in SF and I must say this show was superior in all respects. Joe was showing off some pyrotechnic, out-of-this-world stuff on that chrome guitar. "Always with me, always with you" sounded PERFECT. His "sing-along" part of the show was pretty funny, too. AND STU! The only thing that was annoying about the show was everyone wouldn't shut up for those breathtakingly beautiful segments of his mind-bending solo. Shrieking and whistling is not appropriate for Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata," I don't think. But that country part! Holy mackeral! He made Flea look like a rank amateur. Stu could have been playing a machine gun, from the sound of it. STUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!! Overall, the show rocked. It ruled. It reigned. If you weren't there, I weep for you. "Friends" sounded flat-out majestic...both versions! (Inside joke to those who were there.) If this is an indication of Joe's current level of mastery, I look forward to his next CD with drooling anticipation. All Hail Satch.

holy hell that was just flat out amazing. and as a guitar player, its so much more amazing to see what joe does. some of the stuff i have heard from satch, on cd, i thought had to be studio effects of some sort. or the digitech whammy. but he barley used the two octave-up effect. he was playing a song with his harmonica, it wasnt the extremist, it was somthing else, but he took the harmonica off the stand and used it for a guitar slide. then he did somthing ive never heard or seen......he sang! god that was so amazing. and now it finally dawns on me this morning that i actually saw satch last night......he is the fastest, most insane guitarist ive ever seen. god he must have practiced at least like 5 hours a day at my age (im 15). but.......ive you havent seen satch live, go do it the next time he's on tour. you will be completely blown away. god i almost forgot to mention stu! jesus!!!!! i cant beleive he did that on a bass! he was going on and on and on and on and on, for like 10 minutes just playing alllll kinds of stuff, just like a guitar, up on the high ass frets of his bass, and it sounded just like a guitar! stooooooo!!!!! he was playing for so long, joe, eric and jeff all left stage, and stu just kept playing, and then the rest of the band came back on when stu was done. they came back and played "friends" because joe commented that he had made some new friends here. joe said that konocti was a really cool place to gig. god i hope so, so he comes back here and makes me feel completely inferior as a guitar player again! it was incredible! it was almost surreal.....i pretty much didnt beleive, that while i was watching joe play, that i was there actually watching him. anyway.....just flat out incredible. i cant put it into words. satch is god
