The show was great. Robert Fripp begun with some crazy and weird guitar sounds, then played Vai (You're Here,Giant Balls Of Gold, Juice,Answers,Whispering A Prayer,For The Love Of God,Reaping -among the others). His playing was as impressive as his showmanship... Tony McAlpine also played a couple of fantastic notes in his short solo spot... Satch played mainly songs from his new album (one of my favorites)- Up In Flames,Searching,I Like The Rain,Gnaahh(Satch was playing phenomenal in this one),Hands In The Air,Is There Love In Space?, and the old ones- Cool #9(people were singing the main theme of the song as Joe played it :-) ,Satch Boogie,Always With Me..,Flying In A Blue Dream,War... Joe was "alive" on scene, unlike the last time in Sala Kongresowa,Warsaw in 2002... And the JSX amp was there :-) and the new red JS2000 guitars too :-)

On the G3 Jam the acoustics was not good (way too much trrrrrrrreble:( It felt like my ears were bleeding ;-) I couldn't hear solos of Fripp :-( bad acoustics...bla,bla,bla... They played :Red-King Crimson, Ice9- Satriani, The Murder-Vai i Rocking In The Free World... It was 3 and a half hour of very entertaining experience.

I must deeply agree that Joe Satriani's guitar playing is real masterpiece, just like Steve's. But Mr. Robert Fripp's music was completely disappointing. "G3" name should be rather changed into "G2". Where was the third guitarist?? Hidden behind the amplifiers?! However, the rest of the show was pure magic and outstanding songs like "Cool #9", "Whispering A Prayer" or "Rockin' In The Free World" really cheered me up! In my opinion the star of the show was Steve. His guitar was singing, that was really amazing!!! I just loved that sound. A bit crazy in fact, but let's just be honest. Has anyone ever heard the guitarist playing like that? I don't think so. Of course I have to mention Jeremy Colson on the drums (he has a chance to become as good as Dennis Chambers!!!), Billy Sheehan and Tony MacAlpine. And finally, there was Mr. Satch with his cool bluesrock riffs and his positive attitude to the world. The Free World. Thanks for "War", master! I missed other songs from "The Extremist" and G3`s "Little Wing" with the best solo I've ever heard (CD version - G3 2003 in Kansas City). Well done, Joe! Warsaw concert was my first live G3 jam. It was very good, but I've seen better ones on DVD (Denver 2003 for instance). In my opinion those two Ibanez masters should invite someone like Michael Schenker, Slash or Tony MacAlpine himself (on the guitar only!). Let's hope it ever happens......... Anyway, big thanks for the whole G3 squad. See you next year!

Oh God! What a great concert! It was the first I had been at G3 concert and I must say that what I saw was unbelieveable! I went there mainly because of Steve and Joe and I'm completely satisfied after their shows. They played both their "classic" songs and new pieces (mainly Joe - "Up in Flames" for example). So once again: the concert was great! However, it's a pity that Robert didn't do his best. :( But Joe and Steve didn't let down. Joe and Steve, thank you for this magnificent experience! I hope you will come to Poland again! See you at the show!

Well, I've seen G3 first time Live, but i saw DVDs - G3 with Johnson, G3 from Denver with Malmsteen, Live In San Francisco, Vai - Alive In Ultra World and many others. In my opinion this gig should be named "G2". Fripp's participation was mistake. Have he played guitar, though? Samplers, strange sounds - this was not J.M.Jarre concert. He should retire. Why couldn't we see Andy Timmons or even Tony Macalpine as 3rd guitarist? Vai's performance was the best part of the show. His guitar was really singing, and I really liked the way they played "For The Love Of God". Joe's guitar sounded much worse, too much treble, and I don't like the sound of new Peavey amps. Marshalls were much, much better. Besides, I wanted to see Chrome Boy, but Joe played only on one-colour JSes. When I came backo home I put DVD from San Francisco and difference in sound of Joe's guitar was HUGE. The best part of Joe's performance was "War" and "Flying...". I liked more Deep Purple concert I was 2 weeks ago. Steve Morse played amazing, and his guitar was singing like angel. In G3 in Warsaw something was missing...

It was my first G3 experience, I enjoyed it, but not everyting was perfect. Robert Fripp (in my opinion of corse) wasted his time, Steve Vai and Joe Satriani played great, but during Joe's show sounding wasn't good, too loud and not selective. G3 jam was great.

Great concert! Robert played great music and i like it very much :) Steve and band...what can I say....superb. I think that Joe and band played the BEST. Peavey JS sounds very very good. Sadly, volume was tooooooo high for me and sometimes cranky...but anyway. Great night, thank you for everything :)

Crazy feeling ;)

Keep on rockin' in a free world! :)

It was great G3 experience...

I was badly mad that it was very little possibility to see Joe, Steve and Robert face to face but damn' IT :)

It was great pleasure to see them playing live!

Thanx a lot and I WANT MORE :)
