My only Satriani show and it was absolutely fantastic! To be able to see all the incredible names on this bill in the same venue in my hometown was amazing. The Oakdale Theater has brought the great music to our door this time rather than us have to search it out. I can't believe I have not made it a point to go see Satch before. Wont miss another show in the area.

Satch played lots of my faves. Devil's Slide, Time, Ceremony, Midnight, Surfing, Flying in a Blue Dream. He could play absolutely anything and I would be thrilled. Dream Theater just plain rocked too.

Missed King's X but have seen them many times before. More SATCH! COME BACK TO CONNECTICUT!!! YEAH BABY YEAH!!!

I have to give the show a "10". When Joe is playing, you cannot give anything less. He is truly amazing. When he opened with Flying in a Blue Dream, I lost it and ran down about 6 or 7 rows and was 1 row away from Joe. I left my poor husband wondering where his crazy wife was going, but he understands that when it comes to music, my normally reserved side gets pushed aside. Joe's new song "Mind Storm" is unbelievable. He just gets better and better. We did not stay for Dream Theater, came for Joe only - King's X was a bonus. The time went so fast and he has too many fantastic songs that I did not get to hear. But, I am very happy that I got to hear him. He is the best there is! A true artist who just gets better and better.

what can i say, joe is the man!!!!!1 awesome show!!!!! i don't know how you do it night after night of great shows. i give the show a 9 because it was too short. that 70 minutes went awful quick. i know they probably tell joe he can only play that long. i would like to see just joe sometime. just can't get into dream theater.my wife and i would love to hear i believe and rubinas blue sky happiness sometime. but the songs you did were incredible. its amazing how you make that ibanez scream. thanks for a great night. see you next time around in an evening with joe or g3.

p.s. joe, you have a great voice, i'd love to hear you sing more!

I give the show a nine only because the sets were kinda short. It seemed a little rushed. Kings X put on a great show but really it would be better if Joe and DT just split the night in half and played longer. Hey this is just my opinion and I could be wrong. Joe, you were flawless. I was so psyched to hear Crushing Day and it was the second song. That was just sick. OH, nice shirt by the way. Are we seeing the hippie Joe these days? lol. Anyway, I could go on forever spewing out praise but we all know. Joe rules. DT was right on last night. Ya know, I bought my tics just an hour before the show and got 5th row center. The show was just amazing and the soccer was good too. Again, an abbreviated set and that is the only thing negative I can say. Oh, and they didint play Under a Glass Moon. But hey, cant have everything right? I was expecting a jam at the end but its all good. I was left just totally amazed at the end of it all. Totally worth the money. Joe and DT always are.
