This show was great as are they all from Joe!! It was very special to meet him in the lounge before the show. I had my Jeff Beck Blow By Blow 25 anniversery shirt on, which I hope he liked. We got to take pictures with him as well. I believe he met with fans after the show as well. Which is why there was no encore. He needs to play with Jeff Beck.

Great show. What can you say? It was Joe playing SWA and some additional material. Very nice venue and lots of fun. Always like to see Joe in NYC.

Well, what can I say? Joe was awesome. He explained how he came up with each song on SWTA which was nice. Hill of the Skull = awesome. Always with you had a great jam session at the end. it was 6-7 minutes of guitar heaven. My other favs were crushing day and echo. After SWTA he did 4 more songs. But after Summer Song, they took a bow and Joe said we'll come out and say hi in a little while - go get a drink and hang out insinuating that there was an encore. But that was to never happen. I've never been to a Satch show without an encore. Mike Manning said at about 10:10 that they were supposed to be out of there (the venue) 10 minutes ago. I find it odd that they went on at 8:20 and were done at 10:00. Especially when the video crew said they might be on til 11:00. I think the venue was kicking them out. BOO to the Gramercy theater!!!! Please don't play there again Joe. Thats the only reason I gave it a 9. The guitar playing was a 10!

Once again Joe you are the "BEST". Thanks for the insight into the songs from SWTA on a personal level. I have been a fan since seeing the AD for SWTA in a Guitar Player Magazine, I said anyone promoting an Album with a Superhero on the Cover had to be COOL. Well many, many years later you are still amazing me with your Musical Talents. You have taught me so much in the World of Guitar Playing. Congrats on your 20 year Anniversary.

The Show was awesome in a place the size of a med sized movie theater. Joe really made the show personal with great stories behind recording and performing these songs which you will all get to see in the fall when they release the video. I dont wanted to ruin the interesting comment from Joe so you will have to wait. Though his sense of humor and ease at the mike made it fun and interesting. When i see Joe play, i have to shake my head to actully believe i was seeing it all from 8 ft away. As always he was on top of his game and made special efforts to play some signature solos parts exactly. He clearly went over the album to remenis with some old solos/parts. Heres a few more Gems...over 50 more good one of over 200 taken..as you can see...i was very close. Chicago and LA are in for some treat!!! As for SF, i still cant even imagine it.
