Had a wristband, but got there late. Security told me they were to full capacity but if I stood off to the side I'd be first in line for the signing. The security boys let me in towards the end of the set...IT ROCKED!!!. Got my guitar and CD signed. Shook Joe's hand and left. Only wish I could've gotten a picture with him, but that would've made the wait even longer for the rest of you guys. So thanks to Joe for another great album and providing the fans with a chance to meet you.

Damn that was friggin great... I had such an adventure getting in though... The in-store performance was pretty cool. Too bad he didn't play Souls of Distortion though... I love that song=(. But ya meeting satch man himself was like... AWESOMA POWA!!! I gave it a 8 cuz the staff people say the performance was like an hour. But it was more like 30 mins. Oh well, you rock Satch and well... keep rockin!

I guess it was sort of a bummer for everyone who didn't know how to get in the show, because that info was on the Tower Records' site. I was lucky I could get 2 new CD's on tuesday so my brother and I could see the show. Even so, the show was great, and Joe has to be the nicest human being on earth. He signed my guitar and I was able to take a picture with him. Also they let me tape the whole show with my camera, so I recorded 5 of the 7 songs satch performed and made a cool but modest DVD. I'm willing to share it with every other Joe fan, because I know I would like someone to do that for me :) . So if anyone's interested maybe i could arrange some way to send it to you.

yeah It sucked that people didn't get in to see Joe: I guess it would have been wise to call ahead since things are never that simple. I got there late too and had to buy a CD to get the wristband. The people were nice enough to let me in even though I had a "autograph session" wristband and not the "performance" one. The show was great! the songs (old and new) rocked! even though it was just joe playing to backing tracks, it was a great performance. the new songs sounded really good live. and Joe's new amp sounds brilliant! even though I had a lousy view the 3hr drive was still worth it! to top it off, joe signed my CD booklet and the backplate for my JS guitar! thanks for everything joe!

It sounds like I wasn't alone in my misery of driving to see Joe, and not getting in to see the show. What a bummer. I wish that the procedure of the wrist band and when to get one would have been discussed in advance, but I guess I should have realized that things are not that simple. Oh well, I'll have to wait for the next "Evening with Joe" show which I know I'll be ready way ahead of time!

That show was awesome. The only thing that sucked is that me and my brother got there late. We got to hear the last three songs, but the drive was worth it. It was even better when he signed my brothers Joe Satriani Signature guitar. When Joe saw the guitar, the look on Joe's face was like "woah", and he was like "that's nice". Me and my bro were the only ones with a JS Series guitar. We also met some Satch fans. The show was really cool. That is why I am a Joe Satriani fan. Thanks Joe.

I also rushed to get there by 5pm with my daughter only to find out that it was too late. I had no idea that you had to get a wrist band for the evening (it was not mentioned in the website). It would have been nice for the Tower employees to come out and advise the crowd outside as to the procedures. I'm sure there were many fans that were hung out to dry...Anyway we still love Satch. German.

got there at 530pm for a 7pm show, clerk said they were all out of wristbands by 510pm, so after a 45min drive and 15 mins looking for parking, I was SOL walked back to my car and went home...
