The show was awesome. The surprise G3 action with Eric Johnson and Andy Timmons was a fabulous surprise.

It was my first live consert and the best! With Eric Johnson (another one of my favorite guitar player) was Joe Satriani's very special guest and started out the show. Then Joe came out in the dark playing "Flying In A Blue Dream". (My favorite part).

Then as he went throught he show, I enjoyed it more and more! I remember before he even came on, thinking, "Wow. This is the night. This is so cool." I couldn't believe I was there, then about to experience Joe Satriani. I was affected by that night still to this day!!!

I am listening to his 'The Electric Joe Satriani An Anthology' as I write this. It is totally addicting! And that is a good thing, trust me!! Thank you Joe for that wonderful night and you presents in this world.

Great show! Joe slayed the crowd! Flawless performance! Met Jeff, Dave, and Joe after the show, super collosal nice guys! Joe sounds a little different with the Peavey amps than he did 3 years ago. It's different but in a good way. Now you can feel his power chords, there just seems to be more grit to the tone and output of those amps. He has added a POG(Electro Harmonix pedal) to his pedal board and only has one Boss DS-1 Have a great day! TL

Joe played an amazing set! Super Colossal and Red Shift Riders sounded great!!! I had a suspicion Timmons would be lurking about for an impromptu G-3 with Eric and Joe and I was right! Red House and Goin Down. I brought 3 people who had not experienced a Joe show or an Eric show for that matter. Magic and musical memories were made for these people this night. The sound was good. The lights were beautiful. I was hoping to hear Raspberry Jam but not disappointed at all. He did play Mystical Potatohead Groove Thing! My favorite Satriani tune. Thank you Joe for a great night of music, fun and happiness!!!

I watched the show from the center section of row 3 last night, and it was great. Eric Johnson played for the first hour. His chord work was unbelievable. I especially liked his country-western song called On the Way to Love. It was a nice set overall.

Joe rocked, and his new songs sounded good. A Cool New Way had a totally different feel from the album version--it was faster and more "in your face." The band played extended versions of One Robot's Dream and Made of Tears that really brought an ethereal mood to the show. Joe had a little keyboard out to play part of the Robot theme.

As many have already said, it's true that there wasn't much variety to rest of the setlist. But I have to tell you that some of the best moments of the night were Summer Song and Always with Me Always with You. Besides, Joe played the theme from The Enigmatic (from Not of This Earth) during the extended solo on Circles, and he played a Turkey Man intro to Ten Words.

As we were waiting for the encore, I noticed that they pulled two extra amplifiers out. Joe came back and played Crowd Chant and Summer Song, and then invited Andy Timmons and Eric back out for a little G3 jam. They played Goin' Down and Red House to finish out the night.

Incredible show, as always with Joe. He played the same setlist that others have listed, but with 2 suprising additions. Down, Down, Down and Redhouse were added after the encore where Joe was joined by Eric Johnson and Andy Timmons. It was mesmerizing watching those 3 trade licks and tear the roof off place.

I really enjoyed hearing the new songs live, especially Just Like Lightnin' and A Cool New Way. It's great watching Satch give those songs life on stage. Of course the oldies are always a pleasure. My favorite, Always With Me, Always With You was right on target and I enjoyed the outtro he added. Dave LaRue was excellent and really complemented Joe. Jeff and Galen were oustanding, as well.

For this tour I purchased the platinum package and was not disappointed. John Iverson was great and made the experience top notch. After an incredible performance and a little down time, Joe came in to the meet and greet and took his time with everyone. He even played a few notes, unplugged, of Satch Boogie for a kid who brought his guitar for Joe to sign. Jeff even made a cameo and made it a point to meet everyone in the room.

Joe, John and the band, thanks for an unforgettable evening and I look forward to seeing you guys again soon.
