I came from Groningen to Hardenberg to watch Satriani Live. It was a wonderful small theatre (Podium) and it was hot " like a sauna " that night! While the circumstances were far from ideal that night Joe played 2 hours with passion and shows his professionalism. When i saw the G3 on DVD" live in Denver" and " Live In Tokyo " , I knew I had to see him Live someday! Great ending the show with Crowd chant from the super colossal album and thanks for the nice t'shirt (With the super colossal guitar on it!) a night to remember!

It was a great show (on a very hot night). Most time of the show you were standing right in front of me (I was at the front row). It was like you were showing me how to play the guitar. Unfortunately you didn't play songs from the album SBM, it's my favorite Satch-album Thank you and the guys for the show. See you next time in Holland. Gerco

Joe and the band played awesome!!!! This was the first time I saw Joe Live and it won't be the last time! his ending solo on "always with me, always with you" totally rocked, and satch boogie and crowd chant were also great live!! I had an aftershow pass, so I could meet Joe after tyhen show, and now I got my guitar signed. too bad it was really hot in there.

Joe, it was awesome! I was right in front of you whole the time, with my elbows on stage and I could see everything you play. It was great! After the show I went outside and you came to me, and I just didn't know what to say, so I just asked you to sign my shirt and take a picture with me and well, just great. Joe played very good songs and off course, the beautiful ending to Always. And the part that you played with your teeth was brilliant! Again, Joe, Galen, Jeff and Dave (who I smiled to and he smiled back!!), you we're playing great, thanx for the photos and the signing of my shirt. C ya all next time! Flen

HI, It was a very hot night. But a fantastic performence!! AND finaly after 15 years of being your fan, I have a pick!! YES. Great show, great to see you perform so close. And again a super end on always with me... Been there in A'dam and now in hardenberg, twice a year great way to start a vacation. THNX again for a great evening Ps Irritated me on the secrurity on making some pictures

It was a hot night in Hardenberg, with a nice show from Joe and his band. The show included some new songs form Super Collosal like Just like lightning, One Robots dream, Super colossal & Crowd Chant (with the chanting crowd :) ). Great to hear that live. They also played older material, like cool #9 (was essential with this hot wheather), Always with me, Surfin' etc. A good nigth, with a band that really played well and got the crowd going. It was the 3th time I saw Joe and his band play live and it's still magic.The bass-player is really a funny guy to watch, with his very expressive face and wild moves (besides he's a great bassplayer). Drums were also very o.k. Really irritating though was that people weren't allowed to take pictures/ make movies. Security had a busy night strolling through the crowd to demand people to put their camera's away. Though I hadn't had a camera with me it irritated me like hell. Why aren't people, who have payed 43 euro's for a ticket, allowed to memorize that moment later on with some pictures or some video? .
