Joe u r the god of Ibanez , The gig in newcastle just proved it. When he comes 2 newcastle again hey im first in the line for the ticket. Joe one day me and you will play together believe me we will. When i play in clubs in the future they r going 2 be based round the dedication 2 my true favourite guitar player "JOE SATRIANI"

Well what can i say!!??that`s the first time i`ve seen satch in the flesh and that was pretty dam amazing!!!y`know a few year ago,i thought people like satch `n vai were just posers(i was very young and narrow minded). Now i listen to so many different types of music involving the guitar, not just heavy metal anymore. Also seen steve vai in march 2000,again!!amazed!!Between both of them gigs i can`t say that anyone was better than the other!!!!!!!When i was waiting for satch to come out, there was that lump in my throat that i get with every gig i go to,nervous!anxious!anticipation! Then satch walked out on the stage with his crome boy!!A nite to remember!!!Hurry up and play England again, were all waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!IJEM!!

Wow What a night!!! It's My first ever Satriani gig actually first ever gig of any kind!!!What can I say apart from AMAZING!!! I took two friends who hadn't heard any of your music before, I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure if they would like it but I could tell right after the first song that they had been well and truly converted into real Satriani fans.I think that the best part about it was that the City Hall wasn't too big. It probabally isn't the Kind of place you are used to playing but I mean you could be right at the back and still have a great view of the stage.Oh yeah my brother told me to just say thanks to Stu Hamm for a great show,he plays bass himself and he was the one right at the front of the stage attempting to grab any plecs that came into his vicinity I say attempting on Stu's first throw my brother droped it and it landed back on the stage so he came over and passed it too him. As if this wasn't enough at the end of the THREE HOUR set Stu gave him a set of signed bass strings!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ill see ya at your next gig in my area!!!!

What is the Nodding Hunchbacks Name (You know the one on the Front of your tour coach!!)

Excellent Gig! This is the second time I have seen Joe and he still manages to amaze me! This time I took my 16 year old daughter with me and she thought it was great. We can't wait to see you again!

Well, I am still coming down from this gig.....Never before have I been so enthralled. The sound, light and atmosphere were perfect. I am now thinking ov flying to Oslo to see the show again and meeting Joe afterwards was the icing on the cake that was the perfect night. Only sad thing - I didn't get a pick! I tried, but no avail. Keep rocking Joe, and maybe I'll catch you a bit further east?

There are no words to describe this gig apart from awesome!!!!!It was my first Satriani concert but definately not my last. Before the concert began I had never heard any of Joe's music but straight after the first song I was amazed. I went with two of my friends and we loved every minute of it. CHEERS LECKY! The light show was amazing, all of them tuned into the band. Stu Hamm was amazing as usual and I have to say he is one of the best live playing basists on the planet. Oh and buy the way I would also like to know the name of the nodding hunchback on the front of the tourcoach.

Truly unbelievable!! You are the best. I've been thinking all day something to write in here, but to be honest there are no words that can describe the way you play those guitars. I had to write something though, so thank-you for the performance and your time. Last night was the first time I've seen you play. I have grown up listening to your music since the release of Surfin With The Alien and I will always be listening to it. I'm only 19 so I reckon another 80 years if my ears are lucky. Just before you brought yourself onstage my Dad said to me "You're in for a treat here, this guys a wizard!" He was absolutley right. Before you left the stage for your 15 minute break my Dad and his friend left and went upstairs because we were right at the back. Well I decided to wait til you went on your break before I made my way up there. We managed to get right to the front, above the stage and it made the gig even better for the second half. I thought that you would see people heading through the back doors thinking they were leaving but everyone just wanted to get closer to see you do what you do. You have a real busy schedule going on and you must be knackered. I'll be seeing you on your next tour in England Joe, and if you don't come back to Newcastle I won't hesitate to travel. Take care of yourself so that I do get to see it all over again.

This is the 4th time I've seen the man and it was the best, I was a little disappointed that there was no second encore because I'd heard that Rubina was in there, but, the night still rocked. Jeff Campitelli is such a smooth drummer, rhythm seems to flow out of the guy. Stu Hamm is still my favourite Bass player, I've seen him do Moonlight Sonata a couple of times now but it's still awesome. Eric is a solid musician, I've got nothing to benchmark him against but his guitar work was very good.

Joe Satriani though is still the man, an inspiration to everyone there, I played for ages when I got back home, fingers still hurt, but I'm going back for more.

JOE - THANK YOU FOR AN EXCELLENT NIGHT! See you next time, whenever/wherever - but Newcastle is so much easier for me to get to than Nottingham and Glasgow!

PS - Joe's guitar tech - thanks very much for the pick!!! three of them flew past me during the gig, I was getting desperate - you finished off a perfect night!

Excellent show. Satch was out of this world on the guitar and so too was Stu esp. when he did his little bass bit in the second half. Alot of the old songs were played which was great as I don't have Satchs' new album. Yet again excellent show, hope to see ya next year.

FANTASTIC!!!!!! Brilliant show marred only by the man with the ENORMOUS head who stood infront of me (you know who you are big headed man!!!). Time, Borg sex, raspberry jam and friends were best. Eric was great, and the bass solo was unbelievable, Ill definately by Stu's album! Also, good tortuous faces by Joe during solos! Best gig Ive ever seen.

The show was brilliant, the sound was superb and Joe was simply Joe. The song selections where great and Stu's solo was as always incredible. Managed to get 2 satriani picks (1 black and 1 white) and a Stu Hamm pick, followed by getting my JS90th certificate signed by Joe. I will go to bed happy tonight ! Thanks Joe.

Superb show, played a lot of old tunes which I have not heard him do live for a while. This was the fifth time I have seen him in the Uk, only let down by the fact I did not get one of his or Stu Hamms Signature guitar picks. Great Night.
