What can I say. The show was a blast! It was my first time seeing Joe and I was sharing it with a very special friend. We snuck up to the front of the stage for about 15 mins and got to see Joe's roadies setting up his equipment and doing sound checks. When Joe came out I went crazy. I couldn't believe I was 10 feet away from joe. I got to watch the first song which was "hands in the air" (which is a kick-ass intro song for any gig) for the entire song before the event staff kicked me back to my original seat, which kinda sucked. Never again will I go see joe without front row seats! Joe is a god and thats my review!

Awesome gig!

Joe's set was great. I have never heard such clarity in a live concert. Thin Lizzy were okay as a warm up but Joe was just fantastic. I loved it so much I left after Joe's set ended. I didn't want my memory of the show to be tarnished by any other music so missed Deep Purple completely and it was worth it to me. I also got my "JS" logo hat which I have deperately wanted for some time so I am happy.

Thank you Joe for visiting Boston. Come again, please!

satriani is a sick guitarist. Today is the day after the concert and i still have his riffs and leads stuck in my head. His part of the show started out with him emerging out of the dark with his red ibanez guitar strapped over his shoulder. Opening his gig with the very inspiring song hands in the air. He set the mood for the rest of his gig wich was outstanding. Out of deep purple, thin lizzy, and satriani, he gets my vote as the highlight of the night. Thanks for an awsome expirience

SImply amazing show. Satch truly did light up the stage. And with this being my first concert experience, I couldn't be happier. Thin Lizzy and Deep Purple were also quite great, but I truly enjoyed Satch's bit. He played 3 or 4 tracks off of "is there love in space", and i really was hoping he'd play "the extremist", but everything else was amazing, especially his little jam during "Always With You, Always With Me"

AWESOME show! What a treat to have SATCH in Boston! Always the great positive energy and amazing performer right from the get go! Naturally he makes it look soo easy too. What a fun show! The crowd LOVED every lick. Though Satch didn't play Summer Song this time... which I do need regular dosages of... all the songs off the new record are top notch! Ladies did you notice the sexy new blues jeans? :) Matt Bissonette rocks that bass too. A double set would have been really great! Time just flew by.

Oh and DEEP PURPLE - truly legendary performers. Steve Morse lights up the stage. Unbelievable. My friend Mary and I could willingly elaborate how easy he is on the eyes - oh and yes Berklee peeps he DOES still ROCK !!! Decades later there's absolutely no stopping this guy. "Knocking On Your Back Door" live is amazing. The whole band kicks a##.

Thanks Satch for visiting Beantown - come back soon!
